Biography
Maria Cristina Balboni, Italian nationality, served 14 years teaching Italian language- literature and related subjects in public middle-schools in Italy
( Ministry of Education).
Served 12 years as middle-school Principal in Italy ( Ministry of Educacion) .
Served 8 years for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Principal for the promotion and diffusion of Italian language and culture at the General Consulate of Italy in La Plata and Rosario ( Argentina)-
From 2012 to 2018 she attended painting courses at the School of Art Crafts in Cento ( province of Ferrara) , the town of the great painters “ Guercino” ( XVII century) and Aroldo Bonzagni ( XIX- XX century).
She also attended a course of drawing and painting techniques at the art school " Dosso Dossi" in Ferrara,the town of the great painters Cosme'Tura ,Francesco del Cossa ( XV century), Dosso Dossi , Carlo Bononi ( XVI century), Gaetano Previati, Filippo de Pisis and Giovanni Boldini ( XIX - XX century).
EDUCATION
Degree in Pedagogy and postgraduate degree in Musicology at the University of Bologna-
Diploma as a Translator and Interpreter of English language.
INTERESTS:
History of art –travelling – music and piano- foreign languages ( Spanish –English) -photography.
